淡水紅毛城老城區防災型都更 Urban Renewal for Disaster Prevention in Tamsui Fort San Domingo Historic District

本基地位於淡水區歷史悠久的老街區，以尊重在地紋理為核心，延續低矮細長的街屋肌理，塑造出符合人尺度的生活場域。設計以「光」為主題，透過巧妙的格局與開窗方式，將自然光引入室內，使居住者即便身處於傳統街巷之中，依然能享有明亮、通風且舒適的生活品質
在此規劃下，住宅不僅僅是棲身之所，更是結合歷史氛圍與現代需求的居住典範。藉由陽光灑落的日常景象，居民得以感受老城區的溫暖與生機，同時享受充滿人情味與社區凝聚力的生活環境。這是一種傳統與現代交織而成的光景，為淡水注入新的活力。

Situated in the historic old district of Tamsui, this project seeks to honour the long-standing character of the neighbourhood by adopting the modest, elongated typology of traditional shophouses. With light as its guiding principle, the design carefully introduces generous natural illumination through thoughtful planning and openings, ensuring that even within narrow urban lanes, residents enjoy bright, airy, and comfortable living conditions.
Here, housing is envisioned not merely as shelter but as a model of dwelling that bridges historical atmosphere with contemporary needs. Bathed in sunlight, daily life reflects both the warmth and vitality of the old town, while nurturing a sense of community and human connection. The result is a harmonious weaving of past and present, breathing new life into Tamsui’s cultural fabric.
