新北社會住宅 New Taipei City Social Housing

本案為一座地上二十五層、地下五層的大型社會住宅開發，總戶數超過五百戶。建築基座規劃設置幼兒照護中心及多元社福設施，以回應社區家庭與弱勢族群的需求，營造便利且具支持性的生活環境。透過多功能的配置，建築不僅提供居住空間，更促進社區資源共享與服務連結，形成更人性化的生活氛圍。塔樓部分規劃多元住宅單元，包括一房、兩房及三房，供市政府作為社會住宅出租，以滿足不同家庭規模與生活型態的需求。本案係經由設計競圖受託並獲獎而來，不僅展現設計團隊的專業能力，更承擔社會責任與公共利益的實踐，期盼透過建築的力量推動居住正義與促進社會共融。

設計團隊參與範疇僅限於建築設計，後續之營運與管理並非設計方責任。

This project is a large-scale social housing development rising twenty-five storeys above ground with five basement levels, comprising over five hundred residential units. The podium accommodates a childcare centre alongside a range of social welfare facilities, addressing the needs of families and vulnerable groups within the community. By integrating these functions, the development provides not only housing but also shared resources and services, cultivating a supportive and human-centred living environment. The tower offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, allocated by the city government for its social housing rental programme to meet the needs of households of varying sizes and lifestyles. Originating from a commissioned and awarded design competition, the project highlights the professional capability of the design team while embodying their commitment to social responsibility and the public good. Through architecture, it aspires to advance housing justice and foster social inclusion within the urban fabric.

The design team’s involvement was limited to the architectural design phase; subsequent operation and management fall outside the scope of responsibility.
