新北樹林 王宅 Shulin Residence New Taipei City

基地位於新北市樹林東園段，本案以「靜」作為設計原點，打造一座兼具居住與複合機能的三層住宅。建築以清水混凝土質感外牆為主要設計語彙，透過光影、風與留白空間的交織，營造內斂而沉靜的場域氛圍，讓自然成為日常生活的一部分。

設計在開放與圍塑之間取得平衡，回應都市環境中的居住尺度與生活節奏，創造一處遠離喧囂、回歸內在的居所。建築不僅承載居住機能，更透過時間、光線、材質與自然的變化，引導人重新感受空間，建立人與環境之間深層而持續的對話。

Located in the Dongyuan Section of Shulin District, New Taipei City, this project is conceived around the idea of tranquillity, creating a three-storey residence that integrates both residential and mixed-use functions. The architecture is defined by textured fair-faced concrete façades, where natural light, airflow, and carefully composed voids shape a calm and restrained spatial atmosphere, allowing nature to become an integral part of everyday living.

The design strikes a thoughtful balance between openness and enclosure, responding to the scale and rhythm of urban life while offering a peaceful retreat from the city's pace. More than a functional dwelling, the building embraces the passage of time through light, materiality, and nature, fostering a quiet dialogue between people, architecture, and the surrounding environment.
