嘉義東川段集合住宅 Garden House

The site is located near Daye Road in the East District of Chiayi City, within the Wunya Market area. The natural surroundings are adjacent to the protected zone and Lantan Reservoir.

This project is planned as three residential buildings, each offering different unit sizes of collective housing. The internal layouts are designed with flexible use in mind, while shared amenities are centrally located. The modern and simple exterior draws inspiration from the unity of heaven and earth, with stone as the foundation material. Horizontal rhythms of glass railings reflect the natural scenery, while the tranquil landscapes within the community embody an atmosphere of refinement and elegance.

基地位於嘉義市東區大雅路附近之基地，是嘉義市文雅市集之區域，自然環境鄰保護區及蘭潭水庫區域。

​本案規劃設計三棟，分別三種不同坪數產品是集合住宅，內部單元格局彈性使用，公設集中設置。現代簡潔的外觀也取自天地一體的色系與石材作為基底，水平律動的玻璃欄杆映射天地自然之景，配合內化靜謐的景觀形塑文雅之氣。
