本案基地位於桃園市大園區田心里，屬甲種建築用地，規劃為地上十四層、地下二層，共計 66 戶精緻住宅。設計理念以清晰而俐落的空間格局為核心，兼顧功能性與美學，打造現代感與協調性兼具的城市居住環境，讓生活回歸純粹與安定。
建材策略上，嚴選兼具成本效益與品質穩定的材料，透過混色磚與水平律動的語彙，展現立面的層次與變化，亦確保耐久與實用性。景觀規劃則將綠意集中內化於基地中央，營造寧靜而一致的氛圍，並設計適合全年齡共享的生活空間，讓社區成為跨世代交流與共融的場域，提升長期宜居價值。
