田心段住宅 The rural residence

本基地位於大園市田心里內甲種建築用地之集合住宅，建築規模為地上十四層與地下二層共有66戶住宅單元，本案主打剛性的住宅格局，以成本可控之材料設定，透或混色磚及水平水律動元素表達建築本體之變化性，景觀空間內化為基地內部集中設置，打造全齡化的使用空間。

Site & Scale:
The project site is located in Tiansin Village, Dayuan City, within a Type A residential zone. The development consists of a 14-story building above ground and 2 basement levels, comprising a total of 66 residential units.

Design Concept:
The design emphasizes a robust and well-defined residential layout, prioritizing clarity and efficiency in spatial planning. The architectural language balances functionality with aesthetic variation, achieving a modern and cohesive urban living environment.

Material Strategy:
Cost-efficient materials are carefully selected to ensure quality and controllability. The use of blended-colored bricks and horizontal rhythmic elements conveys dynamism and enriches the architectural expression, while maintaining durability and practicality.

Landscape & Community:
Landscape spaces are internalized and centrally arranged within the site, fostering a calm and coherent environment. The design envisions an age-inclusive community, creating shared spaces that serve residents of all generations, enhancing interaction and long-term livability.
