三重重陽路立面整建 Facade Renovation on Chongyang Road, Sanchong

本基地位於新北市三重區重陽路上，為交通幹道上重要的一個三角基地，地上建築物屋齡接近50年，本案採取新北市的整建維護補助，並經過都更處審查同意辦理內部維護及外觀立面整建。本案外牆採乾式工法，並且用乾掛仿石材鋁板作為主要的立面材料，透過深淺花樣及立面分割手法，將其老公寓做一個老屋新生的外牆更新。

The project site is located on Chongyang Road in Sanchong District, New Taipei City, at a prominent triangular lot along a major traffic artery. The existing building is nearly 50 years old. This project adopts New Taipei City’s building renovation subsidy program and has received approval from the Urban Renewal Office to proceed with interior maintenance and façade renovation. The exterior walls employ a dry-construction method, using stone-pattern aluminum panels as the primary façade material. Through variations in tone and façade segmentation techniques, the design transforms the aging apartment building, giving it new life with a refreshed and modernised exterior.
